Our Walk and Talk 2-hour sessions offer a safe, supportive space for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and life's many transitions.
These one-to-one sessions take place outdoors in calming natural surroundings - where movement, fresh air, and open conversation combine to support emotional balance, clarity, and reconnection.
Menopause brings physical and emotional shifts and a sense of uncertainty. You don't have to move through this journey alone. Walking side by side often makes it easier to speak freely, reflect honestly, and release what feels heavy.
