To help you through this time of disconnection, Lisa has designed a personalised programme offering you a calm and non-judgemental space to understand the changes you’re experiencing.


Through gentle conversation and guidance, you’ll be invited to pause, restore balance, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.


You will receive a personalised Wellness pack which will help to guide and support you beyond each session.



Nature Walk Option

Sessions take place at Humber Therapy Rooms in Beeston - a calm, welcoming space designed to help you feel relaxed and supported.


Alternatively, you may choose the Nature Walk option, offering a more open and grounding experience outdoors.


Walking side by side in nature can make it easier to talk, reflect, and gently release what feels heavy. Many people find this setting helps them feel more at ease and able to open up.


Menopause can bring physical and emotional changes, often accompanied by uncertainty. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
